Chris Lytle’s Midwest Fight Series returns to Indy tonight, as MFS XI goes down with a pro/am lineup. Bryant Whitaker (5-2) goes for his fifth straight win in the night’s main event, as he takes on Colton Creason (3-1) at lightweight. Whitaker has been impressive of late, winning three of his last four via submision. Creason has won three in a row since dropping his pro debut, and all three wins are via submission.
Other notable pro bouts feature Austin Tweedy (3-1) vs. Jacob Clark (9-10) and Sean Fallon (1-1) vs. Christopher Blevins (0-0, 6-3 am). Three amateur titles will also be on the line: Kyle Fletcher (3-0) battles Roderick Cole (2-7) for middlewight gold, Timothy Brown (3-0) looks to stay unbeaten with a win over Levi Rose (8-8) for the featherweight title, and Kyle VanCamp (6-1) takes on David Oviatt (3-0) for the lightweight strap.
