After years of trying to open, Happy 2 Brewing Co finally opened their nano brewery inside Mio’s Pizza in Anderson in 2019. The brewery is self-sustaining and owners are regularly cranking out two or three options to go along with the national offerings available at Mio’s.
Must-try beer: Cloudy Clough Pike (New England IPA) – I’m of the opinion that there can never be too many New England IPAs.
