Hearth Brewing
1195 Stone Dr, Harrison
Hearth Brewing opened in Harrison in September 2024. A father and son team – Greg and Cory Otis – as well as their friend Andy Plogsted are the owners and operators.
The brewery location is the former Burwinkel Market, which was purchased and renovated into the new brewery. In addition to the 4,000 square foot building, they added 2,100 square feet that houses the brewing system and cooler.
The brewery is expected to have a family feel, complete with a large fireplace that gave the brewery its name.
They plan to have 12 beers on tap that they produce with their 10 bbl system, with six core beers and six seasonal options. They will also serve cider, wine, and craft cocktails.
The food will be cooked on a rotating brick oven that was purchased from Italy. They will feature pizza and a few appetizers, such as toasted ravioli and meatballs.
Hearth Brewing joins the Fretboard Brewing location in Harrison, which opened earlier this year in the former Heist & Co. in the town center.
