Beers and Beards 161: Schlafly Pumpkin Ale

We’re back this week for Episode 161 and David keeps his promise to drink a second pumpkin beer on the show as he breaks out Schlafly’s Pumpkin Ale.

Schlafly Pumpkin Ale is a seasonal offering from Schlafly Beer in St. Louis, Missouri. It’s brewed with pumpkin in the wort and then fall spices like cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg are added. The beer is one of the favorite pumpkin beers and has even won a silver medal at the Great American Beer Festival.
