Off Track is another new brewery without a true taproom. Instead, veteran homebrewers brew in an 1,800 square foot garage in OTR with a 5-barrel steam powered system. Their beer is available regularly with monthly tappings around the corner at Dunalp Cafe.
Must-try beer: A La Verde (Cream Ale) – This beer is a house beer that is brewed for the Taqueria Mercado restaurant downtown. The Mexican style cream ale is brewed with coriander and other spices and has a perfect hint of heat that goes great with Mexican food.
