N.E.W. Ales Brewing
1330 Manchester Ave, Middletown
N.E.W. Ales Brewing originally opened focusing on distribution without a taproom. They expanded in 2020, however, opening a small taproom inside the building that also houses All About You Catering in Middletown. Since then they’ve continued to expand their offering, going from growler fills to offering pints and opening a biergarten behind their building.
The nano concept was started by Wes and Nikki Heupel and their friend Beth O’Hara and in 2023 they relocated to a new bigger location in conjunction with Steel City Pizza in on Manchester Ave in Middletown.
Must-try beer: Flippin Fruit Tart Strawberry Lime Gose – This is definitely a unique beer to come right out of the gate with. Instead of focusing just on IPAs or amber ales, the folks at N.E.W. Ales Brewing put out one of the most challenging styles to brew.
