The Lebanon Brewing Company
20 W Silver St, Lebanon
Lebanon had seriously been lacking a brewery, and the people behind The Lebanon Brewing Company finally provided one when they opened in September 2022.
Homebrewer Nathan Ridgley originally planned to renovate a commercial building to include a 3,000 square foot taproom, but in 2021 announced that the location would instead be the former Station 41 fire station in downtown Lebanon. The new location is around 12,000 square feet.
LBC will be a “family-friendly, experience driven establishment. [And] will offer an outstanding range of American craft beer, our own line of hard seltzer, and house-made non-alcoholic beverages including craft soda, lemonade, and cold brew coffee.”
Lebanon Brewing also features an in-house kitchen in the form of Ladder 41.
Must-try beer: Bluetoof (Hard Seltzer) – It’s not every day that you go to a brewery and order something that ends up being bright blue, but that’s exactly what you’ll get in Lebanon’s blue raspberry hard seltzer.
Other great beers: Force Lighting (IPA), Cedar City Pils
