Cincinnati’s dog-friendly breweries

Dogs and breweries just seem to go together.

In Cincinnati, there are lots of dog-friendly breweries, where you can enjoy a beer with your dog both inside and outside.

The list below was compiled to help you discover the city’s dog-friendly breweries. As a note, just about every brewery allows service dogs, as do most places of business.

Keep in mind that a brewery’s policy on dogs may change, so it’s always a good idea to check the brewery’s website or contact them to ask if dogs are allowed.

13 Below Brewery
Sayler Park’s 13 Below Brewing is one of the few breweries in the city that is completely dog-friendly. You can also check out the insanely cute #Dogsof13Below hashtag on Instagram.

16 Lots Brewing Co
16 Lots Brewing Co’s taproom features Mad Monks pizza, so dogs aren’t allowed inside. But they do have a large outdoor patio where dogs are welcome. Dogs are also welcome on the patio at the 16 Lots Southern Outpost location at Newport on the Levee.

Alexandria Brewing Company
If you’re in Northern Kentucky, Alexandria Brewing Company’s patio is very dog-friendly. They’re also kid-friendly if you have little ones without fur.

Bad Tom Smith Brewing
Dogs are welcome on the patio at Bad Tom Smith.

Big Ash Brewing
Big Ash Brewing is one of the newer breweries in Cincinnati, and dogs are allowed on their outdoor patio. The brewery has self-serve taps, but your dog won’t be able to pour his own without opposable thumbs.

Braxton Brewing Company
Dogs are welcome in the taproom at Braxton Brewing Company’s Covington location. They are not allowed on the rooftop, however. Dogs are also welcome inside and out Braxton Barrel House location in Ft. Mitchell. Dogs are welcome on the patio at their Braxton Cincinnati location.

Brink Brewing Co
Dogs want to try out the best brewery in Cincinnati, too. Fido is welcome on the patio at their space in College Hill.

Cartridge Brewing
Dogs are welcome on the patio at Cartridge Brewing in Maineville.

Cellar Dweller Craft Beers
Dogs are welcome on the patio at Cellar Dweller in Morrow, where you can try some of their beers or some Valley Vineyards wine.

Cerveceria Ortega
Dogs are welcome on the patio at the Cerveceria Ortega brewery in Lockland.

The Common Beer Co
Dogs are welcome on the patio at The Common Beer Co in downtown Mason.

Darkness Brewing
Dogs are welcome inside and on the patio at Darkness Brewing in Bellevue.

Dead Low Brewing
Dogs are welcome to join you on the brew deck at Dead Low on the east side. And, of course, dogs always drink free.

DogBerry Brewing
They have dog in their name – of course dogs are welcome on the patio.

Esoteric Brewing Co.
Dogs are welcome on the large patio behind Esoteric in Walnut Hills.

Fifty West Brewing Company
Dogs are welcome at Fifty West Brewing Company’s Production Works location on the east side. The brewpub across the street is also dog-friendly on their patio.

FigLeaf Brewing Co
Dogs are allowed on the patio at FigLeaf Brewing Co in Middletown.

Fretboard Brewing Company
Fretboard just opened a new outdoor space, and dogs are allowed to join you there. Dogs are also welcome on the patio at their new Factory 52 location.

Grainworks Brewing Company
Grainworks has a large covered patio at their brewery in West Chester, where dogs can visit.

Gravel Road Brewing Company
Dogs are welcome on the patio at Gravel Road (formerly Rolling Mill) in Middletown.

Geo. Wiedemann Brewing Company
Wiedemann has a large biergarten at their St. Bernard brewery where dogs are welcome.

Great Crescent Brewery
Great Crescent has a patio at their Aurora, Indiana brewery where dogs are welcome.

Happy 2 Brewing Co
Happy 2 is located at Mio’s Pizza in Anderson and has a small patio where dogs are welcome.

HighGrain Brewing Co
HighGrain has a large outdoor patio and yard space where dogs are welcome.

Hi-Wire Cincinnati
Dogs are welcome on the patio at the Hi-Wire Cincinnati location at Factory 52.

Humble Monk Brewing Co.
Dogs are welcome inside and out at Humble Monk, and they also regularly host events for Cincinnati Animal CARES.

Lebanon Brewing Co
Dogs are welcome on the patio at Lebanon Brewing and they also have water bowls.

Listermann Brewing Company
Listermann has a patio out front and dogs are welcome.

Little Miami Brewing Co
Dogs are allowed on the patio at Little Miami Brewing Co in Milford.

MadTree Brewing Company
MadTree may just be the most dog-friendly brewery in Cincinnati. They have a large outdoor patio where dogs are welcome, and you’ll almost always see at least a dozen or more friendly fuzzballs.

March First Brewing
March First recently opened a decent-sized outdoor patio at their space in Blue Ash where dogs are welcome.

Moerlein Lager House
Dogs are welcome in the large biergarten at Moerlein Lager House at The Banks.

MPH Brewing
Dogs are welcome on the patio at MPH in Montgomery.

Mt. Carmel Brewing Company
Mt. Carmel has a lot of outdoor space – including a pond – where dogs are welcome.

Municipal Brew Works
Municipal loves your furry friend. Dogs are allowed both inside and outside on the patio at Muncipal Brew Works in Hamilton.

Narrow Path Brewing Co
Dogs are welcome on the patio at Narrow Path Brewing Co, and they are located right next to the Loveland Bike Trail, which is perfect for a nice walk before or after (or during – Loveland has a DORA) a beer or two.

N.E.W. Ales Brewing
Dogs are welcome inside and out at the new N.E.W. Ales location in Middletown.

Northern Row Brewery
Northern Row Brewery has an outdoor patio that is dog-friendly.

North High Kitchen & Bar
Dogs are welcome on the patio at North High Kitchen & Bar at Kenwood Towne Centre.

Paradise Brewing
Paradise is definitely dog-friendly, and you’ll probably also get some fresh water from the friendly staff for your furry friend. Their Paradise East location is also dog-friendly.

Sam Adams Taproom
Dogs are welcome on the patio at the Sam Adams Taproom.

Sonder Brewing
Dogs are welcome in the large outdoor beer garden and patio at Sonder Brewing in Mason.

Sons of Toil Brewing
Sons of Toil has some outside seating at their brewery in Mt. Orab that’s good for dogs and kids.

Streetside Brewery
Streetside’s patio is dog-friendly, and you’re sure to find plenty of pups out there on nice days. They’ve got water bowls as well. They’ve also brewed a dog-themed beer, Who’s a Good Boy?, benefiting Save the Animals Foundation.

Taft’s Brewing Co (Brewpourium)
Taft’s Ale House in OTR is not dog-friendly, but the Brewporium’s patio is dog-friendly. Dogs are not allowed at their Alehouse location in OTR though.

Third Eye Brewing Co
Third Eye Brewing Co has an outdoor patio and rooftop deck where dogs are welcome.

Urban Artifact
Urban Artifact’s outdoor area with picnic tables is dog-friendly.

Wandering Monsters Brewing Co.
Dogs are welcome on the patio at Wandering Monsters in Anderson.

Warped Wing Mason
Dogs are welcome outside at the Warped Wing location in Mason.

West Side Brewing
West Side Brewing hosts a weekly event where dogs are welcome in the taproom on Wednesdays.

West Sixth Box Park
Dogs are welcome at the outdoor location at West Sixth at Bridgeview Box Park at Newport on the Levee.

The Woodburn Brewery
The Woodburn Brewery in East Walnut Hills is dog-friendly on their patio and greenspace behind the brewery.

Wooden Cask Brewing Company
Wooden Cask’s outdoor seating area is dog-friendly. Their indoor location at Newport on the Levee is not dog-friendly, however.
