History will be made in Indanapolis this weekend, as the Elite Amateur Fight League debuts with its team-based amateur fighting organization that is similar to the now-defunct IFL. The first two of four teams will compete, as the Illinois War Eagles will take on the Indiana Immortals. Teams from Arizona and California will also compete later in the season.
One of the feature bouts on this card will see a pair of top-notch lightweights squaring off, as Team Illinois’ Zach Davis (8-1) takes on Team Indiana’s Markus Hall (6-3). A total of 8 bouts in 7 different divisions are set to take place, including a matchup of Indiana light heavyweight Robert Duke (6-1) vs. Illinois’ Caleb Wainman (3-0).
