A second female bantamweight from the area is also on the card, as Kentucky native Jessamyn Duke (3-2, 1-2 UFC) will step into the Octagon for the fourth time when she faces Elizabeth Phillips (4-3, 0-2 UFC) on Fight Pass.
A member of Rousey’s “Four Horsewomen” group, Duke competed on The Ultimate Fighter 18 before making her UFC debut with a win over Peggy Morgan on the show’s finale. But since that fight she has dropped back-to-back fights against current No. 1 contender Bethe Correira and Leslie Smith.
She’ll face Phillips, who is likely fighting for her UFC life after close split decision losses in each of her first two Octagon appearances.
