Beer drinkers in Cincinnati are about to have two new places to grab a pint around the city.
Montgomery’s MPH Brewing is set to have their grand opening this weekend, while Middletown’s N.E.W. Ales Brewing will officially open their biergarten.
Brewmaster JC Jordan has seven beers ready to go for MPH’s grand opening, which takes place on Friday at 4pm. The beers featured include an IPA, a double IPA, a light ale, an extra light ale, and a golden ale. The brewery is also offering two lesser seen styles, including an 8.2% ABV English Strong Ale, and a 9% Belgian Tripel. They’ll also be offering their 12-inch brick oven pizzas, including one with a cauliflower crust.
N.E.W. Ales will officially have a spot for on-premise drinkers, to go along with their small taproom. The brewery has been open for a few months placing their beers in restaurants and bars around Butler County, but now they’ll have a place of their own with a new biergarten.
To celebrate the opening, N.E.W. Ales has brewed up a Flippin’ Fruit Tart Plum Sour and a Post Mow Lawn Kolsch. I can’t wait to get my hands on both of these in the near future.
Things are starting to open back up, and it looks like the weather is going to be pretty good this weekend, so it’s time to get back out and grab a pint!
