Hearth Brewing is set to become the newest Cincinnati area brewery, as they have set their grand opening for Sept. 28.
Owned and operated by a father-son team and their friend, Hearth Brewing will also serve pizza.
The brewery location is the former Burwinkel Market, which was purchased and renovated into the new brewery. In addition to the 4,000 square foot building, they added 2,100 square feet that houses the brewing system and cooler.
The brewery is expected to have a family feel, complete with a large fireplace that gave the brewery its name.
They plan to have 12 beers on tap, with six core beers and six seasonal options. They will also serve cider, wine, and craft cocktails.
The food will be cooked on a rotating brick oven that was purchased from Italy. They will feature pizza and a few appetizers, such as toasted ravioli and meatballs.
Hearth Brewing joins the Fretboard Brewing location in Harrison, which opened earlier this year in the former Heist & Co. in the town center.
Hearth Brewing is located at 1195 Stone Drive in Harrison, Ohio.
Hearth Brewing is the fifth brewery to open in Cincinnati this year, joining HighGrain Brewing Co. Brentwood, Fretboard Brewing Company Harrison, DVD Brew, and BC’s Brewing Co.
We’re often asked, “What kind of brewery are you?”
To that, we say: we’re the kind that cares about our community.
We want to offer a place for good people to gather and enjoy good beers, good food, and good company. We want you to feel at home when you’re at Hearth Brewing.
