Braxton Cincinnati adding Pendalo Wingery

It’s already been a huge year for Braxton Brewing Company, but they couldn’t let 2020 end without announcing one last huge news item.

Pendalo Wingery is set to open inside their Braxton Cincinnati taproom, in the space formerly occupied by CHX during the 3 Points Urban Brewery days.

Pendalo Wingery is Braxton’s first move into food options, as none of their three Kentucky taprooms feature permanent food options.

All kinds of wings will be offered at Pendalo, including classic wings both breaded and naked, as well as boneless wings, cauliflower “wings”, and tenders. Fourteen sauces and rubs are available, ranging from “Pineapple BBQ” to “Nah Bruh XXX”. They’ll also feature some unique sauces like “Alabama Pickle”, “Sriracha Honey”, and “Korean Fire”.

Other options available include beer cheese with pretzel bites, the “Pendalo Sampler” with fried pickles, fried banana peppers, and fried skinny onion rings, salads, and crinkle-cut fries.

Pendalo Wingery will have a grand opening on Friday, December 18th.
