Legacy FC 42 provided one of the most exciting main cards in AXS TV Fights history, as the seven-fight main card produced six first round finishes and a razor thin split decision in the main event.
Perhaps the most vicious finish came from uber-prospect Ryan Spann (6-1), as the middleweight put Larry Crowe (9-5) to sleep in just eight seconds. Spann stepped off of a charging Crowe and landed a combination to end the fight swiftly.
In the main event, lightweight veteran Josh Quayhagen (8-3) snapped a two-fight losing streak by taking home a split decision victory over recent UFC castoff Anthony Njokuani (16-11). Njokuani has now dropped two straight in LFC after he was cut from the UFC following two straight losses in the Octagon.
Legacy FC 42 took place at the Golden Nugget Casino in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
