If you have AXS TV on your cable lineup, then tonight would be a great time to tune into the Mark Cuban owned channel as two Ohio Valley fighters are set to compete at CES MMA 29 in pivotal bouts as part of AXS TV Fights.

Cincinnati native Dom Steele (12-5) is set to challenge for the organization’s welterweight title, when he takes on champion and UFC/Bellator veteran Chuck O’Neil (15-6) in the main event. Also set for the night’s main card is Pittsburgh area native Khama Worthy (7-3), who takes on Bellator veteran Matt Bessette (14-6) at featherweight.

Both Steele and O’Neil have won six of seven bouts and come in looking to prove that they belong on the next level. Steele is fresh off of a one-sided decision win over Nick Duell in March, and that victory put him back on the winning track after a hiccup against Jose Figueroa last July. The Strikeforce veteran won five in a row before that and holds notable victories over Dan Hornbuckle, Ryan Thomas, Nate Moore, and Chris Mierzwiak.

O’Neil competed on “The Ultimate Fighter 13” but lost to eventual champion Tony Ferguson and then was released from the UFC after losing on the show’s finale. Since then he is 7-2 though, incluidng a 6-1 mark under the CES MMA banner. His last fight was an 11-second knockout in January.

Worthy comes into the bout looking to rebound from his first loss since 2012, as he was knocked out by Billy Quarantillo in February. Prior that that, he had won six in a row under the Pinnacle FC banner, including three vicious knockouts in 2014.

Bessette will compete outside of the Bellator cage for the first time since 2013, as he posted a 3-2 record in that organization. Most recently, he stopped Josh Laberge via TKO in February at Bellator 134.

The main card for CES MMA 29 airs live from the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, Rhode Island beginning at 9pm ET on AXS TV.
