Hearth Brewing is a planned brewery in Harrison in the former Burwinkel Farms market location. In addition to craft beer, the brewpub will also serve pizza.
A father and son team – Greg and Cory Otis – as well as their friend Andy Plogsted will be the ownership team.
The brewery is expected to be large with seating for around 200 people with both indoor and outdoor options, as well as a large bar with a view of the 10bbl brewhouse.
